LAUDERDALE, FL, March 25, 2008 — Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., a diversified commercial law firm with fourteen offices and more than 125 attorneys throughout Florida, today announced that co-founding shareholder Alan S. Becker has assumed the Managing Shareholder role and responsibilities at the law firm.
Mr. Becker takes up the firm’s lead management responsibilities from co-founder Gary A. Poliakoff, who remains an active shareholder in the law firm and will shift from a management role in order to concentrate more closely on law practice and related activities. >> Read full release
